Modular System for Raised Exterior Floors PP level DUO MAXI System is ideal for transforming unused patios and rooftops into desirable living spaces. The pedestal system raises/elevates the pavers and levels the floor by compensating for a sloped substrate up to 5%, thanks to the self-leveling head. This modular system allows for easy maintenance and access to conduits, waterproofing and drainage systems beneath the pavers. The resulting open joints between pavers allow for water to flow through the assembly, eliminating the risk of freeze/thaw damage. Pedestal heads are automatically self-leveling or can be easily converted into fixed heads with the use of the PP level DUO MAXI locker ring.

MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Zero

Premium, CO 2 -Neutral, Lightweight Mortar with Polymer for Large and Heavy Tile MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Zero is a premium-grade, lightweight, single-component mortar for large-and-heavy-tile and non-sag applications, and that can also be used for thin-set mortar installations. This high-performance, polymer-modified mortar features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions. It is formulated with Easy Glide Technology for ease of application, and with BioBlock technology for mold and mildew resistance. MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Zero utilizes Ultralite Technology for twice the coverage of a standard thin-set mortar per pound/kg and contains more than 20% recycled content.

Mapeguard Board

Rigid, Lightweight, Waterproof, Foam Backer Board Mapeguard Board is a multipurpose, premium-performance, lightweight, rigid, waterproof backer-board panel that is made with a high-density, extruded polystyrene core. This backer board features a high-strength, waterproof membrane and facer on both sides to provide water and vapor protection. Mapeguard Board is for use under ceramic tile and stone installations for both residential and commercial interior applications. The uniquely engineered, multi-layered design is available in thicknesses from 1/4" to 2" (6 mm to 5 cm) for use on walls, floors, ceilings and countertops, as well as for fabrication of room partitions, benches, seats and furnishing elements, delivering a dimensionally stable substrate.

MapeLevel EasyWDG System

Tile Lippage-Control, Edge-Leveling System for Floors and Walls MapeLevel EasyWDG System provides greater quality and consistency in tile finishes by reducing the effects caused by slight variations in substrates and tiles. Unlike most of the lippage-control systems currently available on the market, MapeLevel EasyWDG System has been designed to be applied entirely by hand. The ergonomic shape of the MapeLevel EasyWDG wedge allows it to be inserted smoothly and quickly into the MapeLevel EasyWDG Spacer M clips. MapeLevel EasyWDG Pliers are available where the use of a tool is preferred. Quick and easy to apply, the wedge and clips can prevent tile lippage and promote a flat tile surface.

MapeLevel Easy System

Tile Lippage-Control, Edge-Leveling System Using Caps and Threaded Spacers MapeLevel Easy System offers combinations of caps and threaded spacers for lippage control in ceramic and stone tile installations from 1/8" to 3/4" (3 to 21 mm) in thickness. MapeLevel Easy System can eliminate the effects caused by slight variations in substrates and tiles, promoting a flat tile surface. MapeLevel Easy Cap edge-leveling caps can be applied easily and quickly. MapeLevel EasyClick Cap squeeze-button caps offer an even faster application, with a built-in scratch guard. Both types of caps are reusable and feature an open-view design that allows the installer to check for proper lippage control.

Strength-Enhancing Liquid Admixture for Concrete and Mortar Mapecube 1 is a chloride-free, strength-enhancing liquid admixture for concretes and mortars, developed by MAPEI to optimize the hydration of cement. Mapecube 1 is particularly suitable for projects that require high early strength. Mapecube 1 allows for the reduction or elimination of steam curing, as well as reduction of cement content and continued production in colder ambient conditions.

Mapecube 60 [NA]

Strength Enhancer for Concrete with Low CO 2 Emissions Mapecube 60 [NA] is a liquid admixture that, by optimizing the hydration of cement phases, increases the strength of concrete and mortar at all ages. Mapecube 60 [NA] allows the designed strength of the concrete to be maintained with a significant reduction in cement dosage. With a lower cement dosage, Mapecube 60 [NA] guarantees lower CO 2 emissions associated with concrete production and therefore a lower environmental impact. Strength Enhancer for Use with Supplemental Cementitious Material Mapecube 4 is a chloride-free, strength-enhancing liquid admixture that, by optimizing the hydration of cement phases, increases the strength of concrete and mortar at all ages. Mapecube 4 is particularly suitable for use with supplementary cementitious materials, such as fly ash, silica fume, slag-cement and other natural pozzolans, and also works well when used with low-alkali cement types. Mapecube 4 meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C494 as a Type S admixture.

MAPEI Flexcolor 3D

Ready-to-Use, Translucent Grout with an “Iridescent Effect” Finish MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is a professional-grade, ready-to-use (RTU) translucent specialty grout with an “iridescent effect” finish. It is offered in 10 designer colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect but also refract light. This allows the grout to transition in color to complement the tile color. The “translucent effect” is most noticeable with the color Crystal Moon (#201), while the other nine colors exhibit a more pronounced “iridescent effect.” MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain, ceramic, glass and natural-stone tiles. Plus, the dense surface structure of the grout helps to prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated with the latest innovation in recycled glass-bead aggregate, which ensures color consistency, ease of cleanability and improved workability. In addition, this grout can be used on sensitive tile surfaces once tested, requires no sealer and cures naturally from evaporation. Comparison testing of MAPEI Flexcolor 3D versus traditional Portland-cement grout has verified that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to install than powder grouts.

Ultracolor Plus Max

High-Performance, Rapid-Setting Grout with Maximized Color Depth and Color Consistency Ultracolor Plus Max is an ultra premium, fast-setting, polymer-modified, nonshrinking grout that offers rich and vibrant colors with maximized color depth and color consistency. This fine-aggregate grout can be used for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 mm to 19 mm). Ultracolor Plus Max includes DropEffect™ technology for reduced surface absorption, helping to repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. It is also specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT™) to provide advantages over traditional grout, such as eliminating efflorescence and increasing stain resistance.

Mapesil T Plus

100%-Silicone Sealant with Enhanced Adhesion for Heavy Traffic and Expansion/Movement Joints Mapesil T Plus is a professional-grade, 100%-silicone sealant with enhanced adhesion for use on multiple substrates. This product is specifically formulated for heavy traffic and expansion/movement joints exceeding both ASTM and ANSI standards.

Ultracolor Plus FA

Rapid-Setting, “All-in-One” Grout Replacement for Sanded and Unsanded Grouts Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect technology and CO 2 emissions fully offset in the product's life cycle – is an ultra premium, fine-aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, nonshrinking, efflorescence-free grout for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm). DropEffect reduces surface absorption. to help repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydrated Cement Technology (HCT) to eliminate common problems such as color consistency and efflorescence. Along with offering higher polymer content, HCT reduces absorption and increases stain resistance when compared with standard-performance cement grouts.

Kerapoxy IEG CQ

100%-Solids, Industrial-Grade, Epoxy Grout with Color-Coated Quartz Kerapoxy IEG CQ is a water-cleanable, 100%-solids, epoxy grout with high chemical and stain resistance. It is a nonshrinking, nonsagging, fast-curing, efflorescence-free grout. Color-coated quartz dramatically improves its cleanability, so that Kerapoxy IEG CQ leaves very little film residue during cleanup of excess grout with a grout float. The color-coated quartz also eliminates pigment bleed, so tiles are not stained during installation. This grout is perfectly suited for use in commercial kitchens, meat packing houses, and any commercial and institutional floors that require daily cleaning with enzymatic cleaners. Kerapoxy IEG CQ is ideal for applications where high-strength, mold- and mildew-resistant grout joints are required. In addition, it has high temperature resistance and can be steam-cleaned.

Mapesil 3D

100%-Silicone Sealant for Corner and Change-of-Plane Joints Mapesil 3D is a professional-grade, 100%-silicone sealant for use on multiple substrates. This sealant is specifically formulated to offer direct color matches to MAPEI Flexcolor 3D grout.

Kerapoxy [NA]

Premium, Epoxy Grout and Mortar Kerapoxy is a premium-grade, water-cleanable, 100%-solids, high-strength, chemical-resistant, nonsagging, epoxy grout and mortar that offers excellent stain and chemical resistance. Premium, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Ultraflex LFT is a premium, nonsag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar designed for large-format and heavy tile and stone for interior/exterior floor, wall and countertop installations. This mortar has a high content of unique dry polymer, resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile. It is formulated with Easy Glide Technology for ease of application.

Large Tile & Stone Mortar

Premium, Polymer-Enriched, Large-and-Heavy-Tile and Thin-Set Mortar Large Tile & Stone Mortar is a premium, regular-setting, polymer-enriched (“modified”) large-and-heavy-tile mortar that is ideal for installing large-format tile and stone on floors, walls and countertops. This mortar can also be used in thin-set applications to install smaller-format tile over a diverse range of substrates. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

Ultraflex LHT

Professional Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Ultraflex LHT is a non-sag, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for large-format and heavy tile and stone for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. Ultraflex LHT is designed for use at 1/2" (12 mm) thickness to give better support under large-format tile. This polymer-modified mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology™ for ease of application with excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile.

Large-Format Floor Tile Mortar

Professional, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer, for Floors Large-Format Floor Tile Mortar is a polymer-enriched (“modified”), large-and-heavy-floor-tile mortar (formerly “medium-bed mortar”) and thin-set mortar for floor applications of large-format tile. It is used to install ceramic tile, porcelain tile, quarry tile, Saltillo tile and natural-stone tile. Large-Format Floor Tile Mortar is designed to give better support under large-format tile.

Ultrabond ECO GPT

Hybrid-Polymer-Based Adhesive for Gauged Porcelain Tile Ultrabond ECO GPT is a single-component, non-sag, easy-to-trowel, hybridpolymer-based adhesive technology specially designed for the installation of gauged porcelain tile and gauged porcelain tile panels/slabs on interior vertical surfaces and countertops. Unique technology advancements are incorporated in the formulation of Ultrabond ECO GPT for delivering instant grab, while allowing for the needed adjustability of panels and large-format tile. Superior bonding performance is complemented with flexibility, deformability and quick-curing characteristics to meet the demands of installing gauged porcelain tile, panels and slabs with application-friendly properties.

Ultraflex LHT SG

Standard, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Ultraflex LHT SG is a standard-grade, non-sag, nonslump, polymer-modified, large-and-heavy-tile mortar and thin-set mortar for interior/exterior installations on floors, walls and countertops. It is used to install large-format and heavy tile/stone, including porcelain tile, heavy-ribbed-back tile, brick pavers, dimensional tile and natural-stone tile. Ultraflex LHT SG is designed for use at 3/32" to 1/2" (2.5 to 12 mm) thickness to give better support under large-format tile. This mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology™ for ease of application and good adhesion to the substrate and tile.

Professional, Large-and-Heavy-Tile Mortar with Polymer Large-Format Floor & Wall Tile Mortar is a polymer-enriched (“modified”) mortar ideal for installing large-format tile on floors, walls and countertops. Ultrabond ECO 360

Premium, High-Performance Adhesive for Solid Vinyl Sheet, Tile and Plank Ultrabond ECO 360 is a proprietary, high-performance, wet-lay and pressure-sensitive adhesive designed specifically for installing homogeneous and heterogeneous solid vinyl flooring. Ultrabond ECO 811

Universal Carpet Tile Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 811 is a high-performance, acrylic latex adhesive designed to provide an aggressive tack for installing all types of carpet tile. Ultrabond ECO 811 provides a secure, releasable adhesive base for standard PVC-backed carpet tile as well as for non-PVC-, polyolefin-, felt- and bituminous-backed carpet tile. It can also be used to bond fiberglass-reinforced vinyl sheet flooring.

Professional, Solid Vinyl Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 350 is a proprietary formulation based on a MAPEI acrylic polymer. It offers the unique flexibility of installing floor coverings after a short flash time or once the adhesive exhibits pressure-sensitive characteristics. Universal, Pressure-Sensitive, Multi-Flooring Adhesive Ultrabond ECO 373 is a super aggressive, pressure-sensitive adhesive that is designed for the installation of a wide variety of resilient flooring types. Ultrabond ECO 373 has been specifically formulated to provide extended working time and can be applied using a trowel or roller, depending on the level of tack that is required for the flooring that is being installed. Ultrabond ECO 373 can also be used for flash-coving installations using traditional installation methods.

Moisture-Resistant Tape for Resilient Flooring Installation Mapecontact MRT is a double-sided, moisture-resistant tape for the rapid and permanent installation of a wide variety of resilient flooring types. It has been specifically designed to provide instant bond and instant utilization for residential and commercial floor installations. It consists of a nonwoven filter fabric bonded to individual dimples of the molded polypropylene core, minimizing fabric intrusion into the drainage channels caused by overburden pressure. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the drainage core, which provides hydrostatic relief while preventing the passage of soil or sand particles which might clog the core. Mapedrain 25 also has a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection to waterproofing membranes.

Reinforcing Fabric for Liquid Waterproofing Membranes MAPEI LMR Fabric is a spunbond, nonwoven polyester fabric used as a reinforcement for liquid-applied waterproofing membranes. When embedded into a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, it will add strength and durability to the overall system.

Mapedrain 35

Mapedrain 35 ’s woven, monofilament fabric withstands high abrasion from applied overburden and prevents intrusion into the drainage core due to its low elongation characteristics. As such, the woven fabric is better suited to receive direct poured concrete than nonwoven geotextile fabrics. Mapedrain 35 also has a polymeric protective film on the back side to provide additional protection to waterproofing membranes.

Bentonite-Based, Hydrophilic, Expandable, Flexible Rubber Waterstop Strip for Watertight Construction Idrostop B25 is a waterstop used to produce watertight construction joints in civil, industrial and hydraulic construction. Idrostop B25 is composed of a mix of natural sodium bentonite and polymers that give the product exceptional properties of compactness, flexibility and stability. The material is produced according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own research and development laboratories. Idrostop B25 ’s expanding process takes place in a controlled, gradual and uniform way without the risk of altering the balance of the mix.
